If the investigation determines the package is lost they will cover the order. If they determine it was stolen, then we need to submit a Police Report so they can start a case since it is a Federal Crime to steal packages. We have a strict policy for stolen packages since the losses affect us all, our business and the customers. Due to the COVID19 situation, SSB Uniforms can’t ship out orders of uniforms without first letting the parents knows in advance that only a store credit will be issued in case a parent decides that the student will be taking classes online and will not attend school. A store credit will be issued and you can use it for future orders of uniforms, this store credit will not expire. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover are accepted. There is no dollar minimum for on-line orders and no handling fee. Shipping Charges are charged as a Flat Fee of $8.98 to cover the cost of UPS Ground to the school you chose on your order, independent of the weight and size of your items, number of items, and your delivery zip code. The $8.98 charge for shipping will appear at the checkout page. DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH THE USPS SERVICE WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE UNIFORMS ARE NOT LOST. EVEN WHEN UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS MORE EXPENSIVE, IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ARRIVES SAFELY. ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE AT THE MOMENT THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT. RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RECEIVING DATE OF MERCHANDISE. ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 18 DAYS FOR DELIVERY DURING RUSH TIMES DUE TO JACKETS, ZIP HOODIES, PE SHORTS, AND SWEATERS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND POLO’S ARE BEING EMBROIDERED. WE RECOMMEND ORDERING WITH TIME. RETURNS ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO A CUSTOMERS MISTAKE, BUT WE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING CHARGES BACK TO THE SCHOOL.
